Privacy policy.
What we collect when you visit our websites or write to us, why, and the choices you have.
In short
- We don’t sell your personal information or share it for advertising.
- We don’t use advertising or tracking cookies.
- We collect what you send us and what our websites need to run, nothing more.
- You can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold about you.
Who we are
QTrino Labs Limited (“QTrino”, “we”, “us”) runs qtrinolabs.com and arcrix.io and is responsible for the personal information described here. This policy covers those websites and the emails you send us.
It doesn’t cover information that organizations process with Arcrix™ by QTrino Labs as our customers. That is governed by each customer’s agreement with us.
What we collect
- What you send us. When you email us, use the form on our Contact page, or request a demo on arcrix.io, we receive what you choose to include: usually your name, work email, organization, role and message.
- What our websites record. Like most websites, the services that host ours, and that deliver parts of a page such as fonts, receive standard request information: your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time.
- What stays in your browser. If you choose light or dark mode, your browser remembers the choice on your device. It isn’t sent to us.
Please don’t send us sensitive personal information, such as health or financial details. We don’t need it.
Cookies and tracking
Our websites don’t use advertising cookies, cross-site tracking or analytics that build a profile of you. If that changes, we’ll update this policy first.
How we use it
- To reply to you and arrange the conversation or demo you asked for.
- To keep our websites working, secure and free of abuse.
- To keep the business records we need and meet our legal obligations.
- To send you news about QTrino or Arcrix™ only where you’ve asked for it or the law allows. You can opt out at any time.
Who we share it with
We share personal information only with:
- Service providers that run our websites, forms and email for us. They may use it only to provide that service.
- Professional advisers, such as lawyers and auditors, who are bound to keep it confidential.
- Authorities, when the law requires it.
- A buyer or successor, if QTrino is reorganized, merged or sold, under the same protections described here.
We don’t sell it, and we don’t share it for anyone else’s marketing.
Where it’s handled
QTrino has offices in Canada, the United Arab Emirates and India, and our service providers may handle information in other countries. Wherever it’s handled, we protect it as this policy describes and as the law requires.
How long we keep it
We keep correspondence while the conversation is active and for a reasonable period afterwards, unless the law requires longer. Request logs are kept only for the limited period our hosting providers set. When we no longer need information, we delete it or make it anonymous.
How we protect it
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including encrypted connections to our websites and access limited to the people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, so if you believe your information has been exposed, tell us at contact@qtrinolabs.com.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- see the personal information we hold about you;
- have it corrected or deleted;
- object to, or limit, how we use it;
- withdraw consent you’ve given;
- complain to your local data protection authority.
To make a request, write to contact@qtrinolabs.com with the subject “Privacy request”. We may need to confirm who you are before we act, and we’ll respond within the time the law requires.
Children
Our websites are for businesses and aren’t directed at children. We don’t knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to this policy
When we change this policy, we’ll update the date on this page. If a change is significant, we’ll say so here.
